![]() ![]() None of us are running the BETA Steam client (so we cannot opt out of it), and none of us can play ANY of our games that we purchased via Steam (which all worked fine just moments before the Steam client update), and I'm guessing that most of us have not changed the hardware or software configurations of our computers or operating systems in any way, so the issue is certainly the new Steam Client. Trying to log into Support is a circling jerk of links to FAQ and known issues that don't apply.Īll I'm looking for really is to be able to add my name to the list of Mac users who are experiencing problems AFTER yesterday's UPDATE. I can't call them by phone since I'm deaf, and I can't find a direct email to the Support Staff. So… do Valve/Steam Support staff member review these discussion boards? ![]()
